​Basic healthy eating habits

Do not drink any liquids (eg, coffee, water, wine, cool drink, etc) half an hour before eating and half an hour after eating. The reason for this is that liquid dilutes the acid in your stomach and slows down your metabolism.

Carbohydrates must be reduced, and try to replace these with protein and salads with any cheese.

Bread must be 100% Rye bread, but once every 3rd day.

Basic Diet
Breakfast
• 2-3 eggs fried, boiled or poached.
• 200g cheese
• One slice of rye toast
Lunch
• Any meat (no restrictions on amount)
• Salad with cheese extra feta
Dinner
• Any meat
• Vegetables eg, Cauliflower and sweet potato but no potato.
Tips​

Try to drink 2L of water daily. Drink at least 10ml of fresh lemon juice with half a cup of water in the morning.

Cut out any sugar and replace it with sweeteners for example Stevia
-
Do not skip meals. Take it slowly, eat more proteins and less carbs.

After 3 days you will see and feel the difference.
