In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

Customers may return goods within 7 days of receipt if the product is defective, unsafe, or not as described.
Returns are not accepted on opened or used consumables, unless they are faulty or contaminated.
To request a return, email info@100naturalhealth.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include order details and photos if the item is damaged.
Approved returns are usually refunded within 7–14 business days, or the product will be replaced. If there are delays, we will contact you to keep you updated and arrange a suitable resolution.
Refunds are normally processed using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days for major cities and up to 10 working days for outlying areas.
If your order cannot be dispatched within these timeframes, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or offer a refund.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Customers receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
We deliver across South Africa using trusted couriers.
If a product is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
